Along with many businesses, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic we sadly can’t offer our usual service at the moment. Sargeant Carpets’ showroom is closed until further notice, and will remain so until we can reopen safely in line with government advice, whenever that may be.
We would like to reassure customers that their deposits are safe and all orders will be fulfilled as soon as we can resume normal business. We will be in touch with you as soon as we are able to reschedule your fitting.
During this period we are working from home and are fully available for quotes, advice and any questions you may have.
This could be the ideal time to pick our brains! If you are planning to decorate, build an extension or convert your loft, ask us what flooring solutions would work best to create the room of your dreams and even take us on a virtual tour of the house using Facetime. If you provide some measurements then we can give you a range of options and supply a rough estimate of how much it will cost.
The beauty of the internet is that we can send you links to many different flooring options so that you can check them out and decide what would work best for your project.
If you know what you’d like then you can place an order and arrange a priority fitting appointment as soon as the lockdown period finishes.
Or, if you need further advice and ideas then when the pandemic restrictions are lifted then we can pay you a visit, bring some samples, measure up and give you a quote.
