Following the Government’s announcement at the weekend of a second lockdown we wanted to keep our customers updated with how we will be operating until restrictions are lifted.
We want to reassure customers that we can still install carpets if they have fittings booked over the next few weeks. We will be following COVID-19 secure measures to keep our customers and teams safe.
Our Bognor showroom will be closed from Thursday November 5th, and will remain closed to customers until we are allowed to reopen.
We will still be working at the premises, taking in deliveries, organising our installers and arranging customer deliveries.
We will be offering a ‘click and collect’ style service for samples.
We are still able to measure areas in customers’ homes and will be strictly following COVID-19 secure guidelines for this. We may also request that sizes/plan with room images be sent to us via one of the contact methods below.

We will still be installing carpets in homes, once again following strict guidelines for PPE, social distancing and sanitisation.
However, we will not be able to install flooring in small personal spaces such as bathrooms, toilets and wet rooms.
How you can prepare
We encourage you to keep surfaces clean, and sanitise door handles before we arrive. Please keep all internal doors open to keep touchpoints to a minimum.
You won’t need to make us any drinks or snacks as our fitters will bring their own! We will minimise contact where possible and respectfully ask that face coverings are worn when face-to-face with any of our staff whilst they are working within your home.

We completely understand if customers would prefer to postpone a fitting, and reschedule for another date in the future. Just call Craig to discuss any changes you’d like to make.
